What will custom hats cost?
There's no one-size-fits-all cost for custom hats. Below is a chart for some idea of the price for embroidered logos on high quality trucker hats. There will be a change in price If you need 3D puff, patches, additional embroidery placements, back of cap text, or a different quality hat. Contact us with your needs and we'll quickly quote your order and create beautiful virtual mock-ups with your logo.

We Create a Mock-up
We check available inventory and send you a mock up of your custom hat order and pricing. Once you approve we email an invoice.
Step 2
We Produce Your Order
Once your design has been approved and payment received, we begin processing your order. This takes about 3 weeks. Once complete, we ship or deliver the items based on the customer's needs.

What type of file format do you need of my logo?
If you need embroidery, all we require is a clear PNG or JPEG of your image. If you happen to have a AI, SVG or EPS file that work too! If you need our DTF apparel printing services we need a vector file that is editable. An AI, SVG or EPS file is required. If you don't have a vector file we can convert it into one for $25.
What is your turnaround time?
Our current processing time is 3 weeks from time of payment. We will always let you know the estimated time of completion when you place your order
Can I bring you my garments?
Sometimes. We handle this on a case by case basis. If you have something special please contact us and we'll see if it's something we can do! Not all garments are suitable to embroider/print on
I don't have a logo. Can you build me one?
Yes! We can build you a logo. Please email Mariah@yourhatsMT.com to discuss this.
Can you make me a special design for an event/party?
Yes! Just let us know what you need and we'll build you something special.
I have a specific brand of hat I like. Can you order that?
Almost always, yes. If you send us the brand/color/style number inside the tag on the hat we can locate it. Some hats styles get discontinued. We'll do our best to find the exact hat you want and suggest similar ones if it's not available.
It's important our company has high vis apparel. Can you get this?
Yes! We have lots of options from our vendors for high vis hats, hoodies, beanies and vests.
I don't know what color of shirts and hats to put our logo on. Can you help me?
Absolutely! We will guide you and make mock-ups with your logo on different garments/colors to see what looks best.
